Villa 7 Elements is located in Playa Guiones, Nosara in Costa Rica. It is located in Nicoya Peninsula which is one of the 5 original Blue Zones of the world. What is a Blue Zone? It’s a demographic and/or geographic region where common lifestyle characteristics contribute to the general population living healthier and longer lives – on average over 100!
These characteristics of the Blue Zone include more emphasis on friends & family, a diet of mostly plants/legumes, and some physical activity every day.
