Step by Step MindBody App Registration Instructions:
Step 1) Please Review our New Guidelines before booking an in studio class by CLICKING HERE.
Step 2) Click the button below to download the MindBody app for your phone:
Step 3) Log in or create an account on MindBody with either your e-mail address or a Facebook account.
Step 4) Click on the search bar at the top of your screen and type “White Lotus Yoga Studio” and we will pop up at the bottom. It should look like the picture below:
Once you click on our “White Lotus Yoga Studio Studio” Account your screen will look like this:
Step 5) Click “View Schedule” at the very bottom of your screen and all of our classes will start to pop up. Once you have clicked “View Schedule” the picture below is how it will look on your phone screen.
If it says “Waitlist” next to the class that means the class is all full. If it says “Book” next to the class that means there are spots available. Please keep in mind our new Registration Policy before you book a class.
Step 6) Once you click on “Book” your screen will look like this:
Click Pay With to insert your Credit Card Information. *If you already have classes with us you should be able to just click “Next”.
Step 7) Once you have filled out this section and click “Next” our Liability Waiver will pop and you will have to electronically sign it before you are able to attend our In-Studio Classes. It will look like this:
Step 8) Once you have signed our Waiver you just have to click “Book and Buy” and you will be all signed up for class!
This message will pop up on your screen to show you are successfully registered for the class:

Step by Step Cancellation Instructions
Once registration is complete we have in place a 6 hour cancellation policy to hold your reservation. If you need to cancel your class booking, we ask that you do so 6 hours before the class begins. Due to the limited class sizes, If you cancel after that, you will still be charged 1 class from your class package. Unlimited and Monthly members, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. This also applies to “No Shows”. This rule is no fun, we know.
Step 1) Log in to your MindBody App and click the profile button in the bottom right corner of your screen. All of the classes you have successfully registered for will pop up.
Step 2) Click “Cancel” and it will disappear off your schedule. If you cancel a registration within 24 Hours of the scheduled class time you will be charged. Please see Registration Policy.
