Peggy Klauer, ERYT,
Peggy brings a beautiful balance of intensity
and grace by way of breath and postures to each therapeutic class, thus allowing one’s own healing powers to inspire
each practice. She teaches with joy and compassion. Her joy has been teaching for ten years and she continues her ongoing
studies of the science and philosophies
of yoga. Upon leaving her class you will have touched on your freedom ~ inner balance.
Paula
Cutcher-Jackson, RYT, Jivamukti Certified
Paula is
a dedicated student and teacher of yoga. Her
sincere faith in the traditional methods of yoga guides her practice and teaching. It is her wish to provide space for
students to grow, to find new abilities, to find inspiration and light. Paula is thankful for the guiding teachers
in her life and endeavors to pass on this truth and love tradition.
Meaghan
Zeoli RYT, started her journey of yoga seven years ago and has watched her life and the lives of others blossom.
In 2006 she decided to share her love of yoga and, under the guidance of Michael Johnson, became a certified instructor with
the Yoga Alliance. She believes that the benefits of yoga are universal, transcending all age barriers. Meaghan has developed
classes specific for teens and in 2008 became a Yoga Ed teacher for grades K-8. She has studied at length with Mira Shani
and the Venerable Lobsang Chukyi to deepen her study of yoga philosophy. Her wish is that all beings see the beauty inside
of themselves and others. Be present to the world around you and you will find clarity. |

Jennifer Hildreth RYT, also a physical therapist, was guided to yoga by a patient 10 years ago. Since then, she has used
yoga in her PT practice and has taught community yoga classes for the past 2 years. She is guided by a compassion and a belief
that our body and mind are merely vehicles to our
inner truth. Jennifer believes that yoga is for everyone. That is why she teaches healing yoga. Not every ‘body’
is able to participate in traditional yoga classes. Yet yoga offers something for everybody. She brings her background as
a physical therapist to her classes and private sessions to provide safe and effective yoga to people of all abilities. Yoga
begins where you are at today, not where you may want to be tomorrow. The benefits of yoga are immense. Let yoga guide you
to tap into what already exists within you—the ability to heal, to find balance, and ultimately to find peace and truth.
Come find the beauty of that truth that is within you.
SHELLEY
SMITH, RYT, believes in the power of yoga
to positively transform one's mind, body, and soul, the effects of which benefit not only the student, but also all those
around them. She is inspired to joyfully share the infinite benefits of yoga with as many beings as possible to promote peace,
love, and positive change in the world.
Shelley has been fortunate
to find beautiful and inspiring teachers in Michael Johnson, Matthew Darling, and many others she meets along the path.
She has had the opportunity to study anatomy and yin yoga with Paul Grilley, and to practice ashtanga yoga with Sri K. Pattabhi
Jois. Soon she will make the pilgrimage to Msore, India, to deepen her understanding of ashtanga yoga and learn directly
from the source to carry on the lineage as it is intended.
Ania Kopczynski creates a space
for each person to experience they own heart wisdom. She is inspired by love, beauty, and spaciousness of the breath
within. She studied under Michael Johnson, Mira Shania, Twee Merrigan, and Jamie Allison. She continues the philosophy
and art of meditation through YSI and ACI curriculums, both founded by Lama Christie McNally and Geshe Michael
Roach.
