Classes

Basic I
Is designed to introduce basic yoga postures along with the breath and one point focus.
Ashtanga
Is a traditional system composed of a series of postures linked together to create a powerful, vigorous flow.  The practice combines breath, energy locks, focus and a flow of postures to create a moving meditation.
 Yin
Most forms of Yoga practiced today are Yang, they emphasize muscular movement and contraction .  By contrast Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine creating a more flexible and toned core.  Yin postures are held three to five minutes at a time ( seated postures). This type of practice complements the more muscular styles of Yoga bringing even more balance into your practice.  When you leave this class you will be very relaxed and at peace.
Restorative 
Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing way of practicing yoga. With the use of props, the student is able to achieve the form of yoga pose without using much muscular strength.  This enables the student to hold poses longer with a deep release.  Restorative yoga helps soothe the nervous system and calm and focus the mind.
Healing Yoga
Healing Yoga is for people who would like to try yoga but wonder if they are physically ready or strong enough.  Jenny is very gentle and will guide you at a slow pace, plus work into areas of your body that need healing. Not only is Jenny a great Yoga instructor she is also a physical therapist who works with the disabled.  If an area of your body needs to heal or you need more strength this is the class for you.

Teen Yoga
A fun paced yoga class where you can let go of stress and worries for an hour plus work towards a more lean and toned body.  You will leave this class feeling refreshed and calm.
Kids Yoga
This is a great class for children ages 5 - 11.  Meaghan has amazing energy that children love.  This is a fun yoga practice which can include games, crafts and stories. 

Vinyasa Yoga
This is a flowing sequence of postures to strengthen the body, calm the mind and soothe the spirit.  
Harmony Yoga
Creates more harmony within your world with the gentle flow of Yang and Yin. The class begins with yang postures and we end the class with Yin postures to create balance between the Yin & Yang to create harmony.

Gentle Flow
This class is a slower form of Vinyasa and is a very meditative class when connected with the breath. You will surely connect with the harmony within.
                                                                                                                                         Slow Burn
A slower pace class with intense moves creating a more toned body and a calmer state within.
